Your Administrator can receive a free online training on how to use the Content Management System. And your sales team and digital stakeholders can also receive an online training in using their applications.

01. Implementation

Our team sets you up as a new client on our platform. Your administrator receives login details to access the Content Management System. The application is set up and the users are invited.

Scaura is available on a per user license basis. Our solution is highly scalable so you can plan the roll out in a very flexible way. Since Scaura is Software as a Service, you can customize it terms of appearance, structure and content. You are not dependent on your IT department.

02. Onboarding

Every new client goes through our onboarding flow and is guided by a dedicated Onboarding Project Manager. This manager will set-up a personal online training session with the Administrator to go through the functionality of the Content Management System.

During the course of the Onboarding process, the Onboarding Project Manager remains the point of contact for specific support requests.

As an option, the Onboarding Project Manager can set up the Application and provide user training. Once all content has been received and the structure has been agreed to, the Application will be set up on behalf of the Administrator and then transferred for daily management.

03. Support

Scaura delivers extensive user support. For any technical or functional support, we provide an online knowledge base and video tutorial library. There is also an in-App chat function so users can connect directly with our support staff. Telephone support is available during office hours.
